3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance through your app store (Apple App Store, Google Play)
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month
- Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year
- Prices may change with 30 days notice; current subscribers grandfathered until renewal
- Payment processing managed by RevenueCat and app store billing systems
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel anytime through your app store subscription settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused features
- Refund requests must be made through the app store (Apple/Google)
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days
- Account data remains accessible until subscription expires

10. Termination

Termination by ZenThink AI
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity or payment issues
- Harmful behavior toward other users or staff
- Legal requirements or court orders
- Extended periods of inactivity (2+ years with notice)
We will provide reasonable notice except where immediate termination is necessary for safety or legal reasons.
Effect of Termination
- Immediate loss of access to all premium features
- Data retention according to our Privacy Policy
- Opportunity to export data before deletion (30-day grace period)
- Survival of terms that should reasonably survive termination
- No refund for early termination by ZenThink AI due to violations
